ANGLETECH QUADRAPED & TRISPEEDER RECUMBENT TRIKES.

Quality craftsmanship, secure, fun handling, smooth "connected" feeling in the drive bring a smile to your face every time you climb in and go for a ride on a QuadraPed or TriSpeeder. Options for performance, comfort, transport and alter-abled adaptability make these trikes the most versatile on the market.

How the QuadraPed Works.

While both arms and legs power the QuadraPed, additional muscle groups in the chest, shoulders, and back contribute to power play. Hands or feet intuitively steer by tilting the steering column left to steer left, right to steer right. Two internal drum brakes, actuated by the crank systems, do the primary braking in an even, smooth manner. Additionally a standard parking brake is included operating off the rear. This brake also doubles as drag brake for those long downhill runs, keeping your speed in check. Adjustable sliding crank booms, and an easy sliding quick release seat facilitate a perfect fit. As well as the total body format, we offer individual floating leg rests for arms only or arms and one leg operation. "S" model for smaller riders is also available.

TriSpeeder Detail.

The TriSpeeder’s 48" wheelbase and 36" track make this a confidence inspiring cycle. The tilt/adjustable steering column allows easy entrance and exit, also providing vertical and reach adjustment for you. A dual pull brake lever supplies even braking to the weatherproof front drum brakes. The parking/drag brake rounds out your speed control requirements.

Full-body cycling is such a joy. The feeling takes me back to the wonderment of the very first experience of cycling I had as a child. The QuadraPed empowers me as a human being.

Charles Chesney, Corvallis, OR

QuadraPed was the vehicle of choice for my cross-country tour, a fundraising event for charity. It proved to be an exceptional performer during the entire trip.

Cody Anderson, Rindge, NH

From the first moment I settled into a QuadraPed, I found it to be a totally engaging experience which brought joy to cycling. Of all my rides, I can't remember when I didn't have a smile on my face, not to mention the smiles I received in return.

Brian Munn, Ventura, CA

Virtues Common to Both Cycles.

The frames are hand built of aircraft chrome moly tubing, very long term resilient. We offer heavier gauge seat rails at no extra charge for those in a higher weight class. The seat height of 15", and the non lay down seat back angle signifies this as a real world design, visible to those in vehicles around you, and you can see them. Applications include commuting, recreation, & touring. The full mesh seat design features a lumbar curve, and the seat rails have a shock absorbing suspended design that extends to the rear of the cycle taking away the harshness of the road. Wheels are ultra strong 20" with tire range flexibility from 20 x 1 1/8 racing format to 20 x 2.125 Nokian studded snow tires. Gearing is a fully indexed mid-drive system with a very wide range enhanced further by the 2 speed hub upgrade lowering your gears an additional 27%. Transporting the QuadraPed and TriSpeeder is easily enhanced by a car rack that takes your cycle with capacity for 2 additional 2 wheelers.

--Arrives assembled & road tested on a palate, ready to ride!

Hi Kelvin,

"I thought that I would drop you a note about my trip last week. I went to upstate NY, where there are mostly rolling hills, but a few nasty ones.

The QuadraPed is an incredible bike for a trip. I was really impressed with the way that it climbed hills, and so were a lot of other people. Only the really fast riders could pass me on the uphills. The other thing is that I was never really tired when I got to the tops of the hills. I also carried about 30 pounds of stuff on the back of the Quad, whereas most of the other riders took only a small under seat kit, as the ride was fully supported. Anyway, it is a great machine, I was very happy with the way it rode, and I just wanted to let you know."

Best,
Tom

The EZ series is a line of more modestly priced recumbents designed by Gardner Martin of Easy Racers found elsewhere in this catalog. Manufactured by Sun Cycles, these trikes are great recreational rides. Additionally, ANGLETECH has found the EZ3 very adaptable for the alter-abled, and for various rehab purposes. The featured EZ3 has the lumbar curved, Kool Back seat with adjustable backrest, and famed Easy Racer handlebar format Basket & fenders are optional along with a host of other items. Pricing is modest at under $800.

BICYCLES BY HALUZAK brings to you the Triumf. This trike improves on the EZ3 by using a chrome moly frame of simplified structure, and telescopic adjustable aluminum handlebars and stem to bring the weight down 14 pounds to 46 pounds. Upgraded components with a simple 24 speed drivetrain. ANGLETECH has also found the Triumf to be easily adapted for the alter-abled and for rehab purposes. Rear track is 28" for additional stability.

From Ian Sims in Austrailia, the most well known tadpole trike design. The full line is available from ANGLETECH, but we focus on the GTO model as the best value and design for most people. The S&S Coupling in the frame makes for compact transport. sturdy construction, and great handling are other draws. Custom reticular foam seat pad upgrade available. Rack, mirror, rear fender and flag are standard.

ANGLETECH / NOBILETTE SUPERLIGHT TRIKE
