Angletech has one of the most influential histories with recumbent bicycles in the USA today. The first recumbent bikes sold through us go back to our first recumbent customer, Roger Hofeditz’ Avatar 2000 in the late ‘70’s. Today, Angletech continues to represent the best of recumbent bike and trike design. Offerings from  Challenge, Rans, Bacchetta, Greenspeed, Terratrike, Easy Racer,  and others are found here on line, and in our Woodland Park, Colorado store. AngleFit. You will find a list of measurements on your order form that help us give you a custom fit, even by mail order! Gender specific issues are addressed in fitting a recumbent to you correctly as well.

Selection. In addition to offering the "factory spec" formats from the manufacturers we represent, we offer up to 3 additional "Angletech Spec" versions so you can get the best possible bike for your needs. The goal here is to avoid the "I’ve got a recumbent, but I had to sacrifice quality components and finish quality". Our Angletech Spec recumbents are the right stuff!

Custom Spec. Have a desire for a dream bike done your way?  We can accommodate almost any request in outfitting your bike to your personal spec. Present your ideas for a quote.

Full build and road test before ship. This may sound like a take it for granted thing, but it is not! Most bikes purchased mail order are "label switched" bikes that your selling dealer has never seen, let alone ridden, and require $100 in shop assembly at their destination. We build every bike we sell, and then it is road tested by 2 individuals to make sure everything works well. We carefully box your cycle in a mostly assembled state which is designed to be easy to resurrect at your house (even by a mechanically challenged person) without any trouble. The assembly sequence sheet is short, and phone assist is available if you get mystified.

In store visits. We welcome you to our store in Woodland Park, Colorado. For the best results, calling ahead for a 2 hour appointment is recommended. This gets you Recumbent 101, a complete interactive experience with all existing formats of recumbent cycles, plus some consult time with us. Flying in?  Use the Colorado Springs Airport and we will pick you up, then
return you to the airport when you are ready to return home.
